Had at O'Briens Wet Hop Fest. Pours clear amber with a decent white head. Grassy hops, some grapefruit and lemons. Taste was ESB bitter. The hops are metallic, herbal, and grassy, but not citrusy as I expected. Lots of caramel malt, again giving it an ESB quality. Not my bag, baby.

OMG! IF this isn't a real cutie patootie. This beer is fantastic; my sincere adoration to the BC brewboys. Way to wet hop this baby beautifully.
Appearance> Beautiful, hazy red-amber, very lively. Little head, dissipates quickly.
Smell> Wet dog? woah. Hoppiness comes through the wet dog smell, and shockingly enough the wet dog smell was only "strange" not "offensive" and certainly something you can get past for the rest of the beer.
Taste> Complex. LOVE IT. Sweet, fresh, grassy. Fresh hop taste provides a nice push, but smoothes out to a resiny and grassy hang. well-balanced, also.
Mouf> Nice. Small bubbles. Refreshing.
Drinkability> well.. after the tasting, I bought two rounds of it for my friends in the back garden of Park Chalet, and they went on to continue on the HopPatootie after I left.. so yes, pretty dang drinkable.
