On tap at Beach Chalet on 7/14/09.
A - Clear pale golden body, especially for an unfiltered beer, with vigorous carbonation and a creamy white head that retained well and left thick, sticky lacing.
S - Sweet malt with some light floral and perfumy hop notes and that's about it. Aroma is quite muted overall.
T - Sweet, pale wheat malt with a floral and perfumy hop presence. Finishes with a toasted grainy malt character.
M - Light bodied with a slight syrupy texture and lively, bristly carbonation. Finishes with just a touch of bitterness.
D - Pretty decent wheat ale with a tasty toasted grainy character in the finish.
