Hand-pulled pint as a night-cap in the excellent 'White Hart' Shifnal, Shropshire on 27 Apr 2013.
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A devilishly, delicious, dark Baltic Porter brewed with the darkest of roasted malts and Polish hops. The aroma is sweet, toasted and seductive, the malty body is dangerously smooth and the after flavour is silky, satisfying and luscious.
I really enjoyed this brew: very dark in appearance, with semi-sweet malty molasses which were slightly burnt and exceedingly 'moorish' to my palate. If you like coffee, dark chocolate and liquorice you'll like this.
Almost rich and creamy (it isn't, but it almost is).
