Copenhagen 17/6 2023. 56,8 cl can from BulgarskMad, Åboulevarden, Kbh. N. Dark blue ban in Utenos' usual design with a lot of small medals promising premium ingredients and fresh water.
Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of sour grains and salty fumes. Sweet pale malts, bread and cardboard. White sugar. Sour grains and salt water.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, bit greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is salty and a bit dry.
Quite generic, malty sweet take on a Pilsener.
