Poured a cloudy yellow color with a nice soft off-white head and tons of sticky lace clinging to the side of the glass. Smell was slightly floral hoppiness with a slight malty sweetness sticking through here and there. The taste was well balanced with a hoppy tartness balanced with a sweet syrupy maltiness and the typcial pils metallic finish., but if wasn't overly harsh in the finish. Mouthfeel was crisp and refreshing. Overall this was a well crafted accurate interpretation of a classic bohemian pils in my opinion. Washed down some Bru carbonara with no problem. Enjoy!
