The beer pours a clear pale straw, light golden in color with a quarter inch of pure white foamy head. There is medium lacing left on the glass. The aroma is grain, corn and lager funk. The taste is very slightly sweet, malty grain and lager funk. The beer finishes slightly dry, crisp and refreshing. This is a really good summer type lager. It was only $4.99 a sixer at Zipp's Liquors in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For a Central American adjunct lager in a clear bottle, this is actually pretty good.
