Bought this at Kaldi in JP. The can says it is brewed in Belgium and I read somewhere that it's made by Brouwerij Palm but the can only states the importer, perhaps it is brewed especially for Japan!
Nevertheless, do not expect it to be a Belgian beer, it is a quite typical Euro Pale Lager - and who knows what this means knows how this beer is like: cheap, low quality and makes you sick. Although I need to say that despite its low price (was about 90¥) it could have been much worse. Also I need to add that this is not a "real beer" but a happoshu (or, at least categorized as one under Japanese law...), a low-malt-beer-like-beverage, and for that it is quite good - just remember that they are selling much worse stuff back in Europe as "real beer" and much worse in Japan in the same category for much more money.
P.s.: funny that now after five years it feels way better. Maybe I’m just getting older or lowering my standards…

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
