750 ml brown dark glass, poured at around 7 degrees celcius in a large Cornet glass.
Highly carbonated. Big foamy 4 finger head with medium to igh rentention.
Smell, smoke, oak, cream and some biscuitty sweetness, bit of banana, There is wheat in this, is there not,. Yes. label say there is.
Excellent mouth feel, magic happening there, creamy, sweet, to a litlle bit of tanginess and bitterness, and at the end the wook fire smoke stays. Wonderful winterbeer.
