Appearance: Crystal clear and golden body, with a mountainous fluffy white head, and intense carbonation.
Aroma: Classic grassy hops of a pilsener, with a hint of lemon, and a slight biscuity undertone.
Taste: The taste is initially very biscuity with the malts, with a bit of a sponge cake taste, before a slight earthy bitterness comes with a crisp clean taste, and a touch of orange.
Mouthfeel: Light, crisp, and clean, with a very carbonic feel.
Drinkability: A decent light pilsener, with a really drinkable quality about it. If you like quality lager, give it a go.

The beer arrived crystal clear pale golden with a white, low, persistent head which laced the cup.
The aroma contained a lightly corny sweet DMS character and a very lightly spicy hop presence coupled with a low fruity aspect.
The flavor was fairly bitter and with a crisp pilsener character. Some malt presence was notable as was a lightly corny DMS.
The finish was just dry with lasting hop bittering into the aftertaste. The body was medium light with a creamy mouthfeel. An OK beer, but nothing to seek out.
Draft at the Belgian BBQ Championships in Steenhuffel on 9/10/06. 1.2

I had this beer in a very old bar in the community I went to primer school.
The café is over hundred years old and it is the meeting place for a lot of the original Dutch speaking inhabitants. It's owned by Palm so the pilsner from Palm, Bock, is on-tap here.
Colour is pale blond. It has a creamy head that collapses quickly. It has a compact bubbly structure. It leaves a thin white lace.
On-tap so served in its own pilsner glass. A lot of carbonation.
The beer smelled oxidising.
The taste is medium dry with some hops or hop bitterness, slight trace of malt and sweetness.
The aftertaste is sweet hop.
Ut Vivat, Crescat, Floreat!
