Pours a pale light copper to heavy banana peel. Not much of a head as well as very little bubbling. The aroma has some sweet, bready grass wth a littl warmt and some touchy lemon. The taste is a softly sweet toasted malt. The hops offer some dry, lemon grass bitterness. The palate is sweet with a slow developing warmth in the finish. Easy to drink this 7.5% beer like its nothing but a flavorful session beer.

Poured from a swing-top .5l bottle into a large pilsner glass. Had a three finger white, creamy head on a clear, golden body.
Aromas of bready malt dominate and the taste follows. Has a slight hint of spicy hops in the aftertaste along with some alcohol warmth.
Mouthfeel was a bit slick with a fair amount carbonation.
An enjoyable beer welcoming the new season - I'd have it again.

With a good vigorous pour this produces a lot of decent head presentation. The color of the head is a light off-white color, with the body being mildly tinted gold.
The aromas are mild. I detect sweet corn more than anything.
The taste is a bit more than medium bodied. This starts off sweet like sugar beets, but finishes quite bitter like bitter vegetable.
This is smooth and has a warming effect to it. Very drinkable, and may hit one a little too hard if drank too quickly. At 7.5% alcohol, this is the strongest Maibock I've ever had

Had a chance to try a few samples of this puppy last night at a tasting, comes in cool looking flip top bottle pouring a light to medium gold with a thinner white head.Aromas are on the sweeter side and a little doughy but not real in your face, nice mingling of malty flavors going on very fruity and lightly sweet not a real big hop presence by any means picked up some faint grassiness in the finish.I found this beer for a mai bock to be incredibly easy to drink I only had 6oz's but easily could have drank the whole bottle
Note: the bottle said 5.5% alc not 7.5%.

Pours a nice clear golden color, with a nice thick head. Smells sweet and fruity. Sweet almost fruity flavor. You can feel the alcohol slide down your throut and into your stomach. The mouthfell is thick bodied and dry. Overall, this is an enjoyable beer.

Best before 25-08-05. Nice thick snowhite head and beautifull golden color. Nose is good having litle malts, alcohol and fresh. Not that much of esters or hop noticable. Full flavoured "thick" beer thats malty, alcoholic, dry and bitter. Aftertaste is bitter but nice and short, only litle maltnote stays. All in all nicely mixed together and mouthfeel is great. Easily drinkable but still full flavoured.
