It had a super Pils-like flavor. Not much bitterness except in the back, which makes it more like a Helles. It had wonderfully bready, sweet flavors which balanced the bitterness... almost perfectly. I really liked this beer and I look forward to trying more from this brewery.

From the bottle, it pours a darker amber with a nice off-white head that lasts. Mild caramel scent in the nose. In the mouth, it is light, but a bit flavorful with caramel malt and a touch of sweet. Nice

From 2012: Part of a mixed case from Edeka Markt. A fairly bland and watery Keller from Kesselring. Mouthfeel was watery, not much flavor or body to this.

Crystal clear, glowing, chestnut colored beer with an amber hue. Froathy cream colroed head ades quickly to a film leaving specs and streaks of lace. Mildly sweet caramel malt and slightly pungeant floral hops in the aroma. The taste is so light it is almost missing. Some toasted and caramel malts add a bit of sweetness. Astringent tea flavored hops mix with a metallic twang to create funky finish. Mouthfeel is light and almost airy. Things were looking good until I tasted it. What a let down.
