Crowler canned on 4/28/17 consumed on 4/30/17. Poured into a pub glass.
This beer pours a clear golden-bronze body with a healthy head of white foam, settles down to a 1/3 finger of foam. Lacing is okay. The smell definitely emenates mosaic hops, even a bit smokey. The simcoe and huell melon hops bring a touch of sweetness and depth to the scented character of the brew. Tastes of honeydew melon, slight sweet maltiness, and a balanced bitterness. The carbonation on the brew is medium-low, comes across as a bit thin on the tongue. However, the smell and flavor profile of this brew give it a really unique character that I thoroughly enjoyed.
