Tasted at the Whole Foods in Novato, in their tasting area. Poured into a small pint style glass.
A: Typical pale wheat appearance. Little to no head or lacing.
S: Wheat, fruit. I get some light fruit notes.
T: Wheat, peaches, some other nice fruity notes.
M: Light and crisp. Not going to coat your palate. Easy summertime drinking beer.
O: Better than most wheat beers I have had. It is simply not a style that I have ever been truly fond of. This however, is enjoyable.

Pours a hazy yellow with a medium white, slightly sticky head. The aroma is wheaty and fruity, with a little apricot and a slightly spicy edge more characteristic of European-style wheats. The flavor is mild and light, with a crisp, crackery wheat, and an almost rye-like tang at the end, like a whole-grain cracker. There is some fruit, apricot in particular, with a slight hint of cloves in the back. There is a metallic bitterness on the finish and the mouthfeel is smooth and a little prickly.
Mild and drinkable, but not deeply memorable.
