The beer is clear dark amber, an off-white head with a little lacing.
The smell has mostly floral notes, grass, hay, some nuts. But also a slight soap nuance.
The taste starts sweet, brown sweet bread, some ripe oranges, a hint of rhubarb jam, a nutty bitter finish.
Medium high carbonation, small intense bubbles, a good body and a dry finish.
A really nice Märzen, I could have bet that it actually was a pale ale or bitter. Which I often prefer.
