Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is bready and floral with notes of citrus, yeast and wheat. Quite light.
Taste is clean, crisp and bready with floral hints. Notes of citrus, yeast and hints of corn and wheat. Solid bitterness, and very easy to drink.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a solid kellerbier, well made and easy to drink.
