Pours a dark reddish brown with fine, soapy head.
Smell is rich and bready. Roasted and a bit sweet with notes of Cocoa Puffs, brown bread and dried fruit,
Taste is rich and malty with a moderate bitterness. Notes of Cocoa Puffs, brown bread, citrus peel, toffee and coffee.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific brown ale, bridging new and old very well.
