Pours a clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is clean, crisp and bready with some crackery hints. Notes of knäckebröd, wheat dough and citrus with some spicy hints.
Taste is bready and crackery, clean and crisp with moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, wheat dough and citrus with some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
