Nice white appearance with a bit of head. Some fruity and wheat aroma. Reasonable taste, corriander, dry, grapefruit-lemon on lips, malted finsih to take away sourness. Aggressively carbonated or rather fizzed up. Thanks Pierre. Really not that interesting to drink. Nice picture on bottle.

341 mL brown bottle.
Very hazy pale amber with practically no head.
Intense spicy, slightly sour, yeasty aroma.
This brew hits you almost instantly with a powerful phenolic/alcoholic bite. Surprising for such a modest abv, and somewhat unpleasant as it unbalances the beer and dominates the citrusy tartness of the wheat and the spiciness of the yeast. Carbonation is very low but mouthfeel is nice and full.
Definitely lacking in carbonation and balance. My first disappointment from an otherwise stellar brewery.

Bottle: Poured a quite dark yellow color wit with a large head with average retention. Aroma of wheat is mix with coriander and citrus. Taste is stronger then usual witbier with lots of coriander, pepper and a citrus/grassy aspect also. Wheat is clearly identifiable and very enjoyable. Body is more full then your average witbier and also I noticed that the beer is quite hazy. I like my wit to have character and this one doesnt miss
