Pours a clear, golden orange (into a Leffe glass). The head was small and quickly dissipated. Bouquet of butterscotch, malt, and faint hops. There is a bit of autumnal, golden fruitiness, with faint apricot, nectarine, stewed apple, and french toast. Taste is slightly sweet with a touch of spice, pleasing and well-balanced by hops and light but adequate carbonation. There's a nice brisk bitterness as it goes down, but the finish is warm and on the boozy side,. Overall, a good beer, and one of the better offerings from French microbreweries I've had in a while.

The head is creamy and dense, a bit short but lasting. The body is of a nice hazy orange copper color. The smell, although very enjoyable, is quite hard to describe: it's a fruity harmony of aromas, some flowers, some liquorice, some 3 fruits juice (oranges, peaches and apples mixed together, very sweet), some spiced bread, hints of pine and honey. The taste shows what the smell announced, with an emphasis on the apple juice, and a grassy hoppiness. A general impression of fermenting fruits, apple cider maybe (although the carbonation is different) and some overripe peaches. The 8% of alcohol are clearly noticeable. The mouthfeel is very pleasant, creamy, smooth, yet very round and full in the mouth. A very elegant beer. My only complain is maybe the citrus that's a bit too pronounced in the aftertaste.

Aroma of malts and hops, color is amber with lots of sticky lacing from the thin creamy head. Taste is sweet and spicy , elements of toffee, coriander and butterscotch. Beautifully done!
