This beer is brewed by the Brasserie Uberach for the Ferme du Kalblin, an organic farm in the Vosges moutains. It's an organic beer.
A nice dense white collar on a hazy orange copper color. The beer looks pretty.
The smell is hoppy and herbal with light notes of alcohol. The taste is very herbal and peppery. Hints of caramel. A dry fruitiness, peaches, but not overly sweet. Mouthfeel is quite enjoyable. A good beer, quite spicy.
