The foamy and fluffy head faded into a nice and dense mattress of bubbles on the golden and grey active body. The smell is enjoyable yet hard to describe. A breathe of fresh citrus with light sweet notes of chocolate and wood; maybe hints of strawberry? The taste is in the same vein, with the citrus that amusingly bites the tongue. Some wheaty notes appear, with tart hints of yeast. Some spices appear in the back of the mouth. Pepper and coriander. Mouthfeel is velvety and consistent. Deep without being thick, just as one could wish for the style. A fine brew.
