Beer bottle (50 cl.), tasted in 2009.
Appearance : dark brown color, with tan foamy head
Smell : malty and chocolate aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : slightly toasted, sweet with a touch of bitterness in the finish.
Drinkability : a good beer in the style Porter (not very common in France). Drink at cellar temperature.

Foamy cocoa head faded quickly into the murky cola colored beer. Not much aroma; maybe a bit of candied apple and plum. Light watery mouthfeel with a bit of fizz from the carbonation. Flavor is really faint too. Some cola, a dash of cherry, and ashy roasted malt. This tastes almost the same as the Doigt De Du. They are both really light bodied with freakishly similar flavors. It tastes like the beer wasn't finished fermenting and hasn't fully carbonated. It's just weird. It's not a porter, but that's the least of this beers problems.
