Bottle conditioned brew. Hazy amber-copper color with a few yeast chunkies. Uneven, pillowy off-white head. Medium toasted grains, yeasty bread dough and assertive esters are present in the aroma. Remarkable fruity and hoppy flavor... mild alcohol essence. This brew's obviously got a healthy dose of Goldings. Lovely, full, slick mouthfeel. 4.2% abv. Outstanding, classic English ale.
