L: Clear, red/amber colour with no visible carbonation and a loose, big-bubbled head.
S: Orchard fruit & malt.
T: Clean, fruity (damsen & red currant), biscuity. Sweet malt balanced with solid bitterness.
F: Medium/light body with zero carbonation, a light slick and dry finish.
O: A good, traditional, Home Counties bitter with a rich mouthfeel.
