A classic dark ale with roasted and caramelised malts dominating the flavour profile. Notes of coffee, molasses and burnt sugar balanced with a subtle floral hop aroma.
Malt: Pale, Chocolate, Dark Munich, Brown, Crystal, dehusked roasted.

1L growler fresh from the brewery.
L: Clear, russet colour with a thin, off-white head that leaves many spots of lacing.
S: Sweet, malty and clean with a hint of cocoa powder.
T: Autumn fruits, milk chocolate and runny honey. Lightly sweet and nicely dry.
F: Low carbonation. Light and crisp and smooth.
O: A super tasty, ever-so-easy-drinking, dark but floral, English cask ale. Brewed for February. The emergence of sweet and milky chocolate flavour and aroma is unusual for the style and highly enjoyable.
