Our new Development Brew is a big, bold, fruit forward DIPA.
Alora hops do the heavy lifting in our latest release, bursting with notes of peach, apricot, and melon, while Mosaic adds a layer of blueberry and dank complexity. A protein rich malt bill of wheat and oats delivers the soft, pillowy mouthfeel you expect from the style, balanced by a snap of bitterness for drinkability and a warming finish from the ABV.
