1L growler fresh from the brewery. A clear, pale amber coloured modern English Cask Bitter brewed with Idaho 7 hops. The malt base is clean and sweet. The hops are citrusy and dry. Less bitter than a traditional Bitter and swapping orchard fruits and black tea for citrus fruits and pine. Nicely refreshing.
Nice colour but has zero head from the bottle. Appearance might be better on draught.
