This Sour Blonde Ale was our inaugural 100% barrel fermentation. It has been evolving since early Fall of 2012 in the first barrel we purchased. We hope you enjoy this wild ale that started the wild journey of Funk for us!

This was the bottle for Yazoo Funk Fest 2015 attendees. I sampled this at the fest and really enjoyed the balance of this sour blonde. Good amount of funk while still tasting clean.

Sour! Well, it has a nice sour punch right in the beginning. Tapers off as you drink more. Bright citrus, apricot, granny smith apple and vanilla are present up front. A hint of funkiness. Fades to an oaky dry finish. This is drinking remarkably well. Delicious.
