Picked up at the brewery
A - Beautiful gold body with just a hint of haze. Fine white head sits two fingers high with great lace and ice retention.
S - Really nice nose. Oak, tanniny red wine, lime, hay, hint of graham cracker, white peaches, and steel.
T - Interesting, but surprisingly sweet and thick (almost syrupy) for a saison. Vanilla, sharp oak, caramel, unripe passion fruit, and sweet red table wine.
M - Too thick and under carbonated for the style.
O - A really interesting beer. The nose and flavor combination are really nice, but the mouthfeel is
