Had this on tap in the Yazoo tap room, served by the head brewer. This beer pours a dark amber/brown color with a tall head that dies off quickly. The aroma has a grainy feel with some sweet malts and a yeast-spiciness. The flavor is very smooth and easy to drink. Represents the style really well, without being over the top. This is a very well crafted beer.
