Wasn't a fan of this beer. I have never really been into pilsners though. But I have had much better than this. Probably won't get it again

It pours a nice straw yellow with a small white head that lines the edge of glass. The smell is of bread with a malt character. The taste is the same a light malt with a little bit of hop taste on the backend. It is a light body with nice amour of carbonation to it. Overall a nice drink nothing overwhelming to it but really enjoyable.

Crisp light offering, had on tap at Beer Sellar, definitely looking to coax in more non-craft crowd

Appearance: Light yellow, bright white cap with good lacing.

Aroma: Malt, clearly, mild but apparent, some yeast bread component. Hops are floral and clean but not very strong.

Taste: Malt forward but hops quickly take over mid palate to the finish which is clean and short but with a lasting hop bitterness in the aftertaste.

Texture: Medium.

Overall: More like a hoppy AAL than a true Pilsner. Just as I think the malt is slightly rich that taste sensation is overcome by the hops which come across as bitter rather than refreshing. The bitter aftertaste is a discordant end to what would've been a nicely played phrase.

Light golden hue with excellent clarity. There's a fingernail of brilliant white resting on top. Aroma is of light malt and German Hallertau hops. The taste closely matches the aroma with plenty of light malt and judiciously used Hallertau hops making an appearance at the back of the palate. The mouth is very smooth and quaffable.

Beer pour a light yellow with 1 inch head. aroma was faint with some citrus hops, taste was bread and crackers with very crisp finish. Light bodied and drinkable. This beer is what beer should of been when I was kid back in the 70's, as the label suggests this is a throwback when beer was very basic and simple. This is simply delicious and I hope to find some in July/August to combat the Nashville heat and humidity. Cheers!

Clear yellow color. Medium carbonation. Floral aroma. Crisp, bready flavor. Finishes clean. I'm not tasting any bitterness. I'm not a fan of this style but Yazoo does it well.

Poured into a Pilsner glass. Crystal-clear golden color with a two-finger white head that left fairly quickly. Bready aroma, with dough, cracker, grain, and no diacetyl. Floral hoppy notes with also a hint of citrus. Clean-tasting with grainy/bready flavors up front, followed by a moderate but balance bitterness. Hop flavors are floral and a bit of orange and grapefruit, not much spiciness. Moderately carbed and light on the palate. Clean finish. I think this is a great local pilsner.
