A: Pour retains at a marginal head, topping an orange, amber physique with straw dashes. The duration and progression offers cultured lace
S: Management is upfront on harmonization with wooded brettanomyces nearing a sweet, vinous tartness. Though hay rusticity and wet saddlebag circumference the avenue, moving parts begin on biting fruit against coriander, javantri, and kaffir lime leaves. On waiting, there is playful agitation in wild, funky Wallonian yeast with more backed spice in clove and cardamom
T: Palate pacts lactobacillus and bacterial sophistication against earth bound, grubby barrel funk. Borders remain on stable gear, and barnyard grains, while inner workings constantly shape across minutes. Those minutes lay on a delicacy of white wine, spiced yuzu, and grassy mildew with cutting stinkhorns. There are more captions in lax timing with cinnamon rose tea underneath herbal, fruity esters that bind apricot/kiwi vinaigrette to fruited skins, which later strike at PiƱata apples
M: A ReMIXeD saison that unstiffens acidity consequent to degassing, offering a rye, doughy malt frame that ointments inch by inch with relaxed effervescence, and modest carbonation in exhibition
O: The technician in Brandon Jones offers interwoven complexity across barrel obscurity, and takes a methodical approach to sensitivity in lieu of sharp texture

Was hoping for a bit more Brett, but the sour overpowered it. For my taste, just the right amount of tartness.
