Yazoo's Embrace The Funk - Callan is a Belgian Dark Strong ale aged in rare 30 year old Scotch Casks with Monukka Raisins. Fermented with mostly Brettanomyces and a small amount Belgian yeasts, this 10.3% abv beer is balanced, with smooth funky dark fruit notes.

On tap at the source. A very hazy muddy brown color with a wispy off white head. Nice tart cherry aroma quickly changing to raisins, coffee, and a hint of scotch. Moderately sour with plums, cherries, raisins, and figs. Nice funky notes as well and a great sticky, funky feel. The ABV is really hidden and there is a soft warming on the finish.
