Our Spring Single is our take on an obscure Belgian style, brewed by Belgian monks for their daily sustenance. A light, dry, and hoppy finish, with fruity and spicy notes from a classic Trappist yeast, makes this the perfect companion for longer days ahead!

I enjoy this beer, especially for it's unique style. There are defenite yeast esters that poke their heads through. It's smooth, spicy, and has a fruity essence that is felt and tasted. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but I truly like it. Balanced and smooth, but complex enough to keep it interesting for me. It's a nice change of pace. Thank you Yazoo for doing something different.

I picked this beer up in a mixed 6pck from the Kroger in Antioch, TN. It poured a slightly hazy golden with thin white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of lemon and flower. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with lemon start floral finish and a lingering cracker left on the pallet. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer and worth a try.

Reminds me more of a funky farmhouse ale or gose than it does a beer with big Belgian yeast flavor like orval or any of the trappist..
More funk in the smell than the flavor, very drinkable and smooth.
Not my cup of beer but I don't hate it or have anything that sticks out as unpleasant about it..
