This beer is in a great place three years after bottling.
Lots of carbonation under the wax seal; pours a medium red and nearly opaque. The aroma is a mix of barrel funk and cherry/raspberry, and the taste follows up with a delightfully tart version of what the smell promises. The mouthfeel is surprisingly light for the 10% ABV, and finishes with a warm and musty acidity.
I wish I had another bottle.

Incredible sour.
Brandon Jones and the guys at Yazoo are killing it with the Embrace The Funk beers these days.
This may be my favorite one from them.
