13 month High West Bourbon barrel aged sour brown ale conditioned on Pluots (hybrid fruit of plum and apricot).

Poured into a snifter. A slightly hazy copper red-brown color with a modest tan head that left wispy laces. Oak and bourbon dominated the nose, but accompanied by plum and some funk. A nice mix of plum, apricot, vanilla and whiskey on the palate. Only mild tartness but plenty of funk and barnyard flavors. The brown ale was a great backdrop for the flavors. Really enjoyable.
