Batch 1 is a blonde ale open fermented with a classic Witbier yeast and steeped with Meyer Lemons then aged in Neutral Oak with Blackberries. This ever evolving series of ales showcases Open Fermentation techniques in our hybrid coolship. Each new batch is a different beer with different spices, herbs and fruits.
