I had this on tap at the brewery. Apparently they are thinking about coming out with an IPA and this is a prototype so to speak.
A - Medium amber in color and mostly transparent. It had a small head, but a steady stream of co2
S - This one had a big piney aroma with a hint of sweetness.
T - Hugely hoppy, but not harsh at all. Piney once again, with a nice Maris Otter malty backbone, though a bit more malt would be ok. A great tasting IPA, it errs on the side of too much hops and that is how I like my IPAs.
M - This one has a medium to light body that finishes clean and surprisingly crisp.
D - A wonderfl IPA, nicely hop without any harshness. Extremely drinkable.
This would make for a fine addition to any brewers offerings.
