Buffalo Trace variant. Created exclusively for Red Dog Wine & Spirits this burgundy sour ale evolved for over 2 years in a one of a kind store-picked bourbon barrel. This single barrel non-blended ale was fermented with a select blend of wild yeast and bacteria to complement the natural bourbon characters of the oak.
