Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Draught @ Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pours an almost clear deep red colour. Aroma's are sour and wood. Retronasal it's sourish, sweetish, a bit vinous and wood. Flavour is moderate sour and moderate sweet. Medium bodied. Finsihs is long with wood and vanilla and light tart.
