This Belgian style tripel base was fermented with our tropical brettanomyces & yeast blend then aged in peach brandy & vanilla bean bourbon barrels for one year. Thoughtfully blended to celebrate our annual festival of all things funky, sour and wild.

Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Draught @ Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pours a hazy golden colour and a dense white head with a small layer retention. Aroma's of vanilla, soft sourness and funk. Retronasal it's full on vanilla (a bit artificial tbh), candies, sweet & sour. Flavour is moderate sweet with light sourness. Medium bodied. Long finish, vanilla remains with some tartness.
