Draught @ Beer Temple, Amsterdam - leftover of Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Pours a hazy straw yellow colour and a small white head with some lacing. Aroma's: sour, a bit sulphuric. Retronasal it's sour, sour fruit, a little salty, light boozy. Flavour is sour with just the tiniest hint of sweetness to soften it a bit. There is a warming alcohol feel. Light medium body. Finish is dryi-ish tart, woody.
