An Imperial Burgundy ale fermented with a clean yeast strain and aged with our house blend of souring microbes. Conditioned on raspberries in a previously used Buffalo Trace rye whiskey barrel that held Garagiste Meadery's single barrel Reboog Vitis (a 14% Melomel with Concord grapes and peanut butter).
