A - Bright reddish brown color with a good light brown head. Excellent retention and lacing.
S - Wow. Full nose of citrusy hoppy goodness. Some grapefruit and some tropical fruit in the nose. A very appatizing aroma.
T - A light sweetness up front before a big juicy hop balat comes through. Primarily tastes of grapefuit and a little pineapple. The hoppiness lingered for a nice bitter finish.
M/D - Medium bodied and a nice oily, resinous feel in the mouth. Very easy drinking.

Had this one on tap at the Yazoo Tap Room 10/04/08.
Number seven in their line of limited edition IPA's. Their web site says this one uses Millenium, Cascade, Simcoe, and Columbus hops. According to the tour guide at the brewery, they use the same malt base, but change the hops each time. She also said they use like 60-70 pounds of hops per batch as opposed to 6-7 for the pale ale.
Some floral and citrus notes in the nose. Lots of citrus (grapefruit) flavor in the taste. I really like this one. Smooth, but still has a nice bitterness on the finish.
