Had on tap at the Flying Saucer in Memphis, TN....
Appearance: A deep orange with a sticky head, just over 1 finger.
Smell: A ton of grapefruit with a little pine on the nose.
Taste: Matches the smell nicely. Lots of grapefruit as the fresh hops clearly dominate this beer. Some malt in the back to balance the finish.
Mouthfeel: Somewhat sticky, but not harsh on the palette. Good balance of carbonation.
Drinkability: I like this beer. I wish it were a year round offering. Goes down so easy.

Had on-tap at the Yazoo 5th Anniversary Party.
A - Bright orange-brown color with a thin off-white head. Lacing like drapes on the glass.
S - Sweet hoppy goodness. Lots of citrus and floral notes. Pick up aromas of grapefruit, a little lemon zest, and some tangerine. A nice balance of caramel sweetness provides a back to the hops but is very muted.
T - Light sweetness initially but the hops quickly overcome the taste and leave the sweetness behind. Very simialr tastes to the aroma. Lots of grapefruit with an earthy/grassy taste underneath. Strong hop profile but not overhwelming bitterness. Finishes with a strong lingering hoppiness.
M/D - Medium bodied and very smooth. Incredibly easy drinking. A shame this one will only be around a little longer.
