Thanks to jcwattsrugger for bringing this back from Tennessee and sharing! (Poly-seal capped - great idea!)
Pours orange amber with an off-white head that stays, leaving creamy lacing.
The smell is of pine, resin and grapefruit - wonderful hop aroma!
The taste is of pine, grapefruit and some resin. Sharp bitterness that is big and complex is rounded by a caramel sweetness that ties the hops together beautifully. THIS is an American IPA! Finishes dry.
It has a chewy fuller side of medium body with carbonation that keeps it gliding down with interfering.
A very enjoyable brew, to say the least! The taste is simply amazing - complex American hoppiness rounded out nicely, with a great appearance and aroma leading up to it. It's just awesome!

A - Orangish red in color with a nice foamy off-white head. Excellent retention with decent lacing.
S - Very pungent hop aroma. Lots of citrus fruit with grapefruit and tangering being the dominant aromas. Also picked up some tropical fruit hints.
T - A crisp bitterness right off the bat. Lots of the citrusy tastes dominate while the malt backbone provides just ample enough balance to make this beer delicious.
M/D - Medium bodied but lacking the resinous feel of the previous HopProject I tried. Very easy drinking IPA and a must for the Middle Tennessee hop heads.
