Purchased at the Corner Market on visit to Laurel, Ms.
Pours less than clear with a light tan head that has pretty good retenion.
Smell: Heavy citrus/orange hops dominate. Malts not really noticed
Taste; Acedicfruits of Orange, Lemon and Grapefruit hoppiness.
The name says it all, if you like hoppy beers this one will certainly please.

A - Golden brown, heavier on the gold in color. Big, fluffy white head with decent retention and lacing. Somewhat cloudy. Per the blog on the website this beer is unfiltered for this weekend.

S - Big juicy citrus hop aroma. Lot sof grapefruit with a nice mixing of tangering and orange. Even a dash of lemon in the nose. I love IPA's that smell like this...big fruity nose with almost nothing else to it.

T - Grapefruit is the first thing to hit the tongue with a very strong, but not astringet, bitterness. Some other fruits linger in the taste and there is a very faint mixing of biscuity sweetness. Just enough balance to the bitterness.

M/D - Medium bodied with the excellent chewiness of an unfiltered IPA. A very easy drinking and tasty IPA, just like every other Hop Project of theirs I have tried. When will we see one of these full time??? Please!
