Aged in neutral oak for 1 year this soft tart farmhouse ale underwent a refermentation on the tropical fruits Lulo from Ecuador and Curuba (passionfruit banana) from Colombia. The combination of base beer and fruits lead to a crisp, brightly acidic and uniquely tropical ale.
