A series of ever-evolving sour and funky barrel-aged beers, showcasing the influence of grapes. These Catawba grapes were grown locally in Nashville and harvested this past fall. They went into a single-oak cask of 1-year-old mixed-culture blonde ale for an additional 5-month refermentation at an approximate ratio of 40% grape / 60% beer.
