Brett's So'Hem Adventure is a big 10.1% DIPA fermented with an all Brettanomyces blend. Brewed with 100% Tennessee grown malt, wheat and oats. Hopped with Galaxy, Vic Secret and Motueka in the boil and double dry hopped with the same combination multiple times during fermentation.
